Shipping cost is FREE for purchases over 39 € . To adapt to your needs also offer other forms of free shipping and reflected in the table below (working days):

*Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not working days.

*Orders may be delayed 1 or 2 days in promotional periods.

* Regarding Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands (especially the small islands) may experience a slight additional delay of between 1 or 2 days.

*Return shipping costs generated by shipments returned to Happycristal, by the courier company or post office, after multiple delivery attempts, correspond to the buyer.
*Is your responsibility to collect the COD orders delivered by post courier on your nearest office if at the time of delivery were absent. The non-receipt of an order with payment method "COD" will presume that customer shall not take more orders with this method of payment, and must always pay for orders in advance. The completion of an order to pay "COD" means an agreement between the customer and Happycristal. In the event of fraud or attempted fraud with payment method "COD" will be the direction of the company decision whether to suggest the appropriate legal action.

The order of preference of preparation and shipping of orders according to their form of payment is as follows:

- 1º We prepare orders payed by transfer bank and when the money is reflected in our account.
- 2º We prepare orders payed by paypal.
- 3º We prepare orders payed by credit card.

Always try to prepare orders the same day after confirming the payment, but according to workload, Happycristal reserves the right or the ability to send the next day. In any case, the time estimates above shipping before tables start counting from the day after receiving payment.

The shippment form can be selected when you confirm your order.

Remember that if you buy more than the available quantity in stock, your order may be delayed. In these cases HappyCristal will contact with you to decide if wait to complete your order or if on the contrary we will send you the stock available and then when we receive stock, send the rest of the order.
